Every day it is clearer to me. A network world functions differently than the traditional world, where networks were physical and very difficult to manage.
Any modern business can take advantage of the opportunity the network world represents -social networks and simply corporate networks- that are developed almost mutu propio throughout the world.
Those businesses that don’t learn to band together in a network world will suffer and the majority will disappear. Any business of today, as traditional as it is, can benefit from the advantages if it accepts and uses many of the advanced concepts of the 2.0 world. Discussion with the client, the client capable of collaborating with us and ready to do so, process improvement, the substitution of obsolete post-sale systems and the integration of pre-sale systems, encouraged by the clients themselves who allow us to, at low cost, work much more efficiently with them.
There are so many things still done poorly today. From the great client databases to the great company banks like El Corte Inglés, all can involve the client in a way that, until now, was impossible and/or cost prohibitive.
In reality, network companies are rising that work in several countries in spite of not even having 30 employees. They are more flexible and show themselves capable of achieving network efficiency without the need for volume of sales, thanks to cooperation with their clients. The multinational SME has arrived and is here to stay.
