Today, I spoke at Seedrocket about how a small company needs to be big from the beginning. It became very interactive and I led the entrepreneurs so that they were the ones to arrive at the conclusions with only a little help from me.
We studied it from the perspective of the employees, the clients and the investors and we searched for words that would have key meanings for each one of those groups. Transparency, reliability, measurability seem to be the most appropriate to describe what each one of the described groups hopes for.
We placed a lot of emphasis on the measurability of all the parameters, hourly and per share, with the purpose of optimizing the cost of client acquisition.
It proved, I think, very enjoyable and all participated with gusto and pleasure and I believe that it left them in a good position for their own projects. We are already looking at some of them in DaD and there are people with a great desire to succeed with their idea.
