DigiDis’ major shareholder is the German company FLUXX AG, which gives financial support, provides a leading-edge technology and gives access to the most important markets in Europe. In one year of business operations, DigiDis has reached the break-even point and projects its first substantial profits in 2008.

In the next few years, DigiDis is planning to grow in three directions: new products, new sales channels and new markets. Based on the high scalability of the business model - with low direct costs - we estimate an exponential growth of profits.

Vision and strategy

DigiDis plans to sign in 2008 at least one longterm agreement with one of the most important web portals in Spain. With this strategy the objective is to consolidate DigiDis’ Internet leadership in terms of reach, number of users, sales and growth.

Moreover, DigiDis has other projects like sales via telemarketing and lottery products sales in physical stores (kiosks, convenience stores, etc.). Once the profitability and scalability of the business model on the Internet has been demonstrated, the growth of DigiDis in the future will depend on:

  • Diversification of products (Sport bets, etc.)
  • Diversification of distribution channels (telemarketing, TV, points of sales)
  • Expansion to other markets (America, Italy, etc.).
