Synerquia was founded in 2007 creating a new concept for the online recruitment sector. Synerquia is a service that optimizes the online personnel selection processes, targeting all professionals and companies that need to employ personnel. The versatility of our Tools/Services is adaptable to companies with multiple selection processes and also for companies with only one selection process.
The key concepts of our platform are the multi-posting and the centralized candidates management; the combination of both provides important time and costs savings to our clients. The multiple distribution of job offers or the multi-posting enable us to publish a job offer simultaneously in numerous supports of diverse typology: generalist job boards, employment sections of classified adds, vertical job boards, professional blogs… with this variety of supports we can reach both active candidates and also inactive candidates but with a great professional potential.
As complementary services, Synerquia also offers to his clients visibility services and brand image support (customized offers, employment corporate websites…).
During these first months of commercialization of our services we have reach leading clients of the sector such as Randstad and Select (both with nearly 2,000 simultaneous job offers), and also small and medium size companies.
At the present time, we have clients such as Select’, Randstad (the second largest temporary recruiting agency in Spain and worldwide), with whom we have integrated functions via the Internet and we are their principle recruiting platform.
We are initiating a pilot program with Adecco (the leading temporary recruitment agency in Spain and the world), with the USG group (4th largest in Spain), SmartPeople, Unique and others, such as ProfessionalStaff and Alta Gestión, which are somewhat smaller in size.
We are in final negotiations (of a nearly eight month process) with a large business group regarding a project for the creation of an “own brand” channel that will be commercialized using our platform. This agreement will provide us with extensive coverage throughout the Spanish market and rapid growth which will allow us to concentrate the efforts of the company on the product and on internationalization.
The “own brand” project (which will remain confidential until its formal announcement online) will place us at a monthly break-even point. The 2007-2011 strategic plan created by Synerquia has as its principal objectives:
